Feelings of inferiority, lack of self-confidence and self-love:

How the influence of our fellow human beings as we grow up shapes our lives.

Many people suffer from feelings of inferiority, lack of self-confidence and lack of self-love.

The roots of these problems often lie in childhood, where negative influences from parents, teachers and other caregivers can have a profound impact on our self-esteem.

Influence of childhood:

  • Comparisons with siblings or other children: Statements like "Your brother is much better at school" or "Why can't you be like..." lead to feelings of inferiority and the feeling of not being good enough.
  • Pressure to perform: The constant demand for performance and success can give the feeling that one is only valued through performance.
  • Suppression of creativity and individuality: Children who do not learn to follow their own path and develop their own talents lose access to their inner potential.

Consequences:
  • Adaptation to other people's expectations: Those affected do not live their own lives, but try to live up to the expectations of others.
  • Lack of self-development: One's own potential cannot be fully exploited because the fear of mistakes and rejection dominates.
  • Dissatisfaction in work and private life: The feeling of not being good enough can lead to dissatisfaction in all areas of life.

The way out of dissatisfaction:
  • Liberation from old beliefs: The negative influences from childhood must be recognized and replaced with positive affirmations and beliefs.
  • Developing self-love and self-confidence: Recognizing your own worth and learning to value yourself, regardless of performance or recognition from others.
  • Recognizing your own needs and strengths: Getting to know yourself better and finding out what is really important to you in life.
  • Living in harmony with your own intuition: rediscover your inner compass and learn to listen to your own voice.

The power of the subconscious:
  • Access to intuition by letting go of fears and blockages: By freeing ourselves from negative thought patterns, we open ourselves to the wisdom of our subconscious.
  • Using inner strength for a fulfilled life: Connecting to our inner potential enables us to lead a happy and self-determined life.

Additional thoughts:

  • The role of society and the media: Society and the media often convey unrealistic ideals of beauty and images of success, which can contribute to feelings of inferiority.
  • The importance of mindfulness and self-compassion: accepting yourself with your strengths and weaknesses and learning to treat yourself with love and compassion.
  • Ways to give children healthy self-esteem: Empower children in their development through unconditional love and positive support.
