Belief in your own abilities is essential for achieving your goals. Doubts and negative thoughts, on the other hand, block our potential and sabotage our success.


Why many people don’t believe in themselves:

Often the reason for a lack of self-confidence lies in the past. Childhood experiences, such as excessive care or external control, can weaken one's self-esteem.


The consequences:
  • Reduced initiative: You don’t trust yourself to make your own decisions and take responsibility.
  • Fear of rejection: You conform to the expectations of others in order to receive approval.
  • Lack of self-love: You do not feel lovable and search in vain for love and recognition from outside.


Beliefs and their effects:

Our beliefs, i.e. the deeply rooted convictions about ourselves and the world, shape our thoughts and actions. Negative beliefs such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'll never make it" lead to a vicious circle:

  • Self-doubt: You doubt your own abilities and shy away from challenges.

In order to achieve our goals, it is therefore essential to transform our beliefs into positive ones. Affirmations such as "I am worthy of being happy" or "I can achieve anything I set my mind to" can strengthen our self-confidence and motivate us to take new paths.

Our subconscious plays a central role in achieving our goals. It controls around 90% of our thoughts and actions and is therefore a powerful tool that we can use to manifest our goals.
