My life with intuition:


How I learned to trust my inner voice


37 years ago I discovered my intuition and my life took a radical turn for the better.

In a deep personal crisis, I was searching for the meaning of my life. Was this all it was supposed to be?

I began to think deeply about my thoughts and feelings. Depression paralyzed my logical thinking and actions. It became increasingly clear to me that my life was neither fulfilling nor happy.


I decided to rely more on my intuition.

In meditation, I immersed myself in my inner world and learned to let go of negative thought patterns. In a trance-like state, I came closer and closer to my feelings. My self-awareness grew and I learned to communicate with my emotions.

Intuition as a compass:
  • By mentally asking myself questions about life, I learned to make important decisions intuitively.
  • Wrong decisions led to an inner imbalance, while right decisions were accompanied by a feeling of harmony.
  • My intuition helped me to recognize whether thoughts, words or sentences were true.
Experiments with intuition:
  • I began to write down my intuitive questions and later check their accuracy.
  • Incorrect predictions showed me that the questions were often poorly worded.
  • The subconscious mind does not think logically, so it is important to formulate questions clearly and precisely in order to get yes-no answers.

Intuition - the power of the subconscious:

  • Every person has intuition.
  • Flashes of inspiration and creativity arise from our subconscious and are an expression of our intuition.
  • It is our emotional intelligence, which unfolds its full potential in synergy with rational intelligence.

My intuition - my constant companion:

  • She accompanies me 24 hours a day, even when I sleep.
  • Problems that I cannot solve while awake are processed by my subconscious overnight and often present to me solutions in the morning.
  • "Sleep on it" is more than just a saying, it uses the power of intuition.

Intuition as a life aid:

  • It helps me to stay calm and relaxed in all areas of life and to be healthy and fit.
  • Those who have learned to trust their intuition do not need to be afraid of illness or other challenges.

Intuition - our inner navigation:

  • It leads us safely and confidently through life.
  • Those who train their intuition can rely on their inner knowledge and make decisions intuitively.
