How you can change your life through positive affirmations.


Using positive suggestions every day is a powerful tool to reduce your weaknesses and strengthen your strengths.


However, in my motivational sessions I often find that participants find this difficult. Negative thought patterns dominate and belief in the positive is lacking.


Beliefs shape our lives

Our beliefs, which influence up to 95% of our reality, arise from our thought patterns. With up to 60,000 thoughts per day, we have enormous power to program ourselves.


The power of resonance

But it is not just our own thoughts that influence us. We are all connected and influence each other through our resonance field. People who constantly surround us therefore have a stronger effect on us than our own thoughts.

Environment and self-love

That's why it's important to surround yourself with people who inspire you and support you on your journey. Self-love plays a central role in this. Being proud of yourself, celebrating your strengths and learning new things strengthens your self-confidence and your positive charisma.


The power of the heart

The strongest energies do not come from our thoughts, but from our hearts. People in love experience this clearly: they feel full of energy and drive. We can use this source of strength by focusing on positive emotions such as love, joy and gratitude.


Using suggestions in everyday life:

  • Formulate positive affirmations in the first person and present tense, e.g. "I am confident and full of energy."
  • Say your affirmations out loud or quietly to yourself several times a day.
  • Visualize the desired results of your affirmations.
  • Focus on positive emotions such as love, joy and gratitude.
  • Surround yourself with positive people who support you.
